Shipping:
Shipping is always FREE within the Continental Cameroon.We ship to anywhere in the Cameroon and usually ship within 1 business day of payment for the product.
Order and pay before 1 PM on a business day (Monday through Friday), and your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid for after 1 PM on a business day will ship the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. For transactions completed on weekends and holidays, we will ship the following business day.
NO LOCAL PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times for parcels using Mailing services are estimated at between 2 and 4 days. All shipping times are estimates and may exclude weekends and holidays and may vary during peak periods.
Payment Methods & Shipping Addresses:
Paypal and Mobile Money are preferred payment method. We only ship to confirmed address provided.
We do ship to countries other than Cameroon, but additional postage will be required and delivery time will be longer. Please be aware that some countries do not allow shipment of liquids.
We prefer not to ship to:
o APO/FPO addresses
o PO Boxes
Return Policy:
We accept returns if the product is not as described, or you are not satisfied. Simply return the remaining liquid and bottle, as we analyze the emulsion to determine whether the formula is consistent with our specifications. We will provide a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label and instructions on how to return the package.
Returns and/or exchanges must take place within 20 days of receipt of product.
Please remember the statements on the Home page and on the How to Use page, that the product will provide a glossy finish – not as glossy as a professional repainting – but an easy Do-It-Yourself operation at a fraction of repainting costs.
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Refunds will be given based on the purchase price paid minus our actual shipping cost. By contacting us directly, we will work with you for a satisfactory resolution. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable.
